Mark Hughes is the President of Windermere Services Southern California and the managing Broker of Windermere Desert Properties. Mark oversees operations in Southern California, managing development, operations, service activities, and growth of the Windermere brand throughout the region. Mark is developing franchises throughout LA, Coachella Valley, Riverside and San Diego Counties, and focuses on creating new programs to increase sales for Windermere franchise owners and their agents.

Previously Mark was the Chief Operating Officer at First Team Real Estate, California's largest Independent real estate company. Mark is the author of the popular industry book and workshop series: Branded Agent. He is a recent Sotheby’s International Realty affiliate owner and managing broker. He is also a Re/Max International Hall of Famer. For over two decades he accumulated comprehensive luxury sales and marketing success with a track record of delivering multi-million dollar results. He is an accomplished real estate speaker, media talent, and former HGTV National Open House host.

Mark is a skilled sales strategist with a keen understanding of branding and marketing techniques that attract real buyers and accelerate sales. He is adept at leveraging his analytical and industry talents to develop and execute tactical plans that deliver unparalleled competitive performance, increased customers, and international asset awareness. He is an inspiring manager and motivating leader. Mark maintains a strong industry voice, remains an industry innovator, and is best known for his engaging drive and tenacity. Mark holds multiple brokers licenses and a BA from the University of Virginia. Mark resides in Palm Desert, California with his wife Judy, and not too far from their daughter Katherine and son Dean; both in Los Angeles.
